This question is regarding NewTeam 1000 - Shower Spares

New Team 1000 control knob

The 1000xt knob does not fit the above unit. My shower performs perfectly, but the unavailability of the correct knob means I have to replace the whole shower!

This unavailability of a part is making me reconsider purchasing from a poor serving company, unless you can conjur one up.
