This question is regarding NewTeam 1000 - Shower Spares

NEW TEAM 1000 SHOWER

The water does not always seem to be coming through very hot (tepid) to the shower, even although everywhere else in the house the water is very hot.

Check the temperature of the hot pipe where it enters the shower, if thisn is only tepid then it is a water supply problem, if it is hot then would  recommend that you fit a service kit which can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
