Water dripping

We have a newteam 1000xt which is great. We currently have a problem that it is dripping from the shower head continuously and getting worse. It is most properly a non return valve or seal that's just old. Is this something I can fix and if so how or do I need a specialist. Dont want to open it and then left stuck with no shower realising the problem is bigger than I thought. I would appreciate any advice or assistance.

The seals that you need to fix this are no longer available.

And you may be better replacing the shower at some stage soon.
