Replacement part for 1000XT Thermostatic Shower Enquiry

We have a NewTeam 1000XT Thermostatic Shower which has developed a pin size leak on the plastic pipes that go from the main unit into the hot and cold water feeds.

I am having problems identifying which part i require to replace in order to stop this leak from the diagram.

I have attached a photo showing the pipes i am talking about coming from the side of the shower. Could you tell me if it is possible just to replace these hot and cold inlet pipes and if so which part i require?

You require the long inlet elbows which can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
