Showerforce 1000xm

Hi wonder if you can help me please we've got showerforce 1000xm shower but when we turn it on water comes out but there's no force to water coming out could you tell me what's up with it please and if so how much would the part be many thx Ron

First check that you have power into the shower, and if so , then you may have a faulty motor.
