This question is regarding NewTeam 1500XT - Shower Spares

Noisy Operation

My NT 1500XT shower is 5 years old. Recently, when I press the Eco button, the motor or the pump makes a noise as if it is "racing"......this settles after about 20 seconds. Do I need a full replacement unit (assuming that the unit is reaching the end of its life), or is there a part which could need replacing?

Racing would tend to indicate that there is air getting into thepump , however it may just be it settling from one mode to the other.

It obviouslydepends on the amount of use but 5 years isn’t that old for one of these.
