Shower new team 1500xt

Why would the water be stone cold in the shower on returning home after no one been at home all day drawing water we have a horstmann economy 7 water heater in the airing cupboard some times the waters scalding then stone cold when returning home after work we recently moved in to rented property and just cannot work the shower out

This shower does not heat the water, it can only give out what it is getting. You should check the settings on the heater.
