Showerforce 1500 xt runs cold

Shower runs stone cold water, all other functions appear to work What has gone wrong/needs replacement?

First check that you are getting hot water arriving at the shower.

 

If this is OK then you probably need a new mixing valve.

You could take the thermostatic cartridge out of the valve and make sure that the inlet filters are clear, ..........However Showerforce regard the valve as a sealed unit because it can be difficult to get the thermostatic part of the cartridge to reseal after it has been removed.
