Showerforce 1500XT Thermostatic shower

The shower has got cooler and cooler over the past couple of months. It's now running quite cold, even though there is lots of hot water available.

Do you think a Service kit will sort it please ? I guess it must be the hard water in the area which is the problem. It's been in about three years and has been ok until now.

Thanks. Kind regards,

Hi There,

As long as the water in the rest of the house is ok then you will need to replace the mixing valve complete or the internal cartridge iside the mixing valve which you can see sticking out.. Which ever you prefer?
