Is there a part to replace to solve this
Sounds like you havea blockage in the hot supply you may have an air lock.
Remove the showerhead and lay the hose in the bottom ofthe shower tray or bath then with the power turned off turn the shower on tofully hot and allow to run for about5mins this may draw any air in the system through.
If you have the thermostatic model then check that the inletfilters on the thermostat are clean and clear
