This question is regarding NewTeam 201 Thermostatic / Manual - Shower Spares

new team 201 thermostatic or bristan equivalent

Hi ,although i haven't been to the customer myself yet ,they are telling me that the water is running scalding hot. I suggested 'savlon!' but i thought i should go armed with more helpful possibilities. I would appreciate your thoughts. Many thanks

It would seem from the discription that the thermostatic cartridge is faulty.

I require a replacement for the new team 201 thermostatic which has the same pipe centres, do you have any suggestions please.
