This question is regarding NewTeam 201 Thermostatic / Manual - Shower Spares

Shower stopped working

we have one of these showers that has just stopped working. someone has told us that it sounds like the pump has gone. when searching for them I found a product safety recall. it was posted years ago (2004) and the phone number is obsolete. Does anything know anything else about this? Does anyone know the wattage or whether this needs a hot AND cold feed?

First check that there is power inside the shower, if so it could be a faulty motor/pump.

This shower has a hot and a cold feed.
