electric shower nine.five

On/Off switch not working only switches off from mains cord. Pull mains cord and the shower starts. What could be the problem and is there a spare part.

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

I think your phased shut down PCB must be faulty.
