New Team 9.5 Shower Heater

I have a New Team 9.5 Shower Heater. It is at least 10 years old. The problem that has occured recently is that the first person to have a shower has a good one (good pressure - setting 4). The shower is then switched off. Then when the second person has a shower the water is cold at setting 4 and have to set it back to setting 7 to get a hot shower but then the pressure is poor. Next day the setting is good again (?).

It maybe a faulty pcb that is causing this. Or the stabiliser valve could be sticking.
