newteam 10.4 replacement

is there a direct replacement for the nt10.4? the problem I have is that now i have to turn the shower up to 8 just to get warm water, not even hot. last year 8 would have scalded me. im aware of the colder outside water in winter, but it was never like this before. its 11 years old now, so i'd rather replace than keep fixing. it wont turn off either.

This is a good replacement as it has a push fitting for the mains water connection.
