This question is regarding Newteam 7.8 8.5 9.5 10.4 (Mk3) - Shower Spares

NewTeam On/off Knob Mk3 (white) SP-092-0416-W

Our electric shower was installed in 2001 and I think is a NewTeam 8 or 8.5. It looks alot like the Mk 3 versions but am presuming these are more recent. The on/off knob sheared off this morning and I am thinking of ordering the above spare to replace it. Two things: how can we establish exactly which shower we have and if I order the new spare (looks exactly like the broken one) will it be easy to fit ourselves?

This knob is for the MK3 Newteam 8.5 kw / 9.5kw and 10.4 kw rating showers and its really the only model in circulation now. The knob comes in two colours white and chrome and both knobs can be purchased via this link provided - http://www.showerdoc.com/search?s2=092-0416

You need to remove the cover to replace the knob as pushing it on with the cover still attached to the shower will break the fins on the new knob.
