Part 9 solenoid

My New Team shower has low water pressure coming up on the shower, checked the water and the filter they are o.k. So I assume its either the solenoid or the circuit board could you help me to determine which one it is. I have checked the diagram and it does not give the cost for the solenoid, I could do with knowing how much this would cost including delivery please!
