Shower problem

Hello, From last few weeks we’re find out that our shower NEWTEAM eight.five it doesn’t work properly. When we switch it on water doesn’t flow straightaway. Needs few seconds to go through and again stop for a second and start again, and that about 4 to 5 times. Afterwards shower is back to the normal. Now when we turn off the shower it stops immediately, instead of run for a few seconds against formation of limescale. Could you help us with this issue please. Many thanks Wojciech

The PCB that controls the on/off function is faulty, unfortunately this PCB is now obsolete and there is no alternative that we are aware off.

Should you decide to change the shower the Triton Fast Fit will be the easiest change over.
