Noises when in use

Hi, my mother in law has a newteam 10.4 - prob mk2. When it is being used it makes noises similar to central heating pipes when they are warming up. I would say it's prob something to do with the heating canister.

Do you have any ideas what could be causing this and can it be fixed.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards

if when it is switched on you hear it making a noise like a kettle starting to boilthis will mean that there is a lack of water possibly in the heating can or that the TCO is not working properly. This item is no discontinued , so a new shower maybe needed.
