Shower force SF 902-T

I have a shower force Sf 902T mixer shower installed on a pressurised system . I can't control the temperature. It has been like this since new. I am wondering if water hot / cold supplies have been mixed up during install. Could you tell me which is hot and which is cold connection on the shower ???

The cold feed is on the right hand side.
But check that the inlet filters are clear as this could be the problem.
