This question is regarding NewTeam 901/902 Thermostatic Cartridge & Knob - 000180010-002

Stiff 901 Therm knob

Hi - The knob on my shower has become very stiff to turn and change the temp. Is there anything I can use to loosen this (like wd40 etc) or would I need a new cartridge? I can loosen it up by rocking it bac and forth but always gets stiff again after a while.

There are no parts that you can loosen, so I m afraid it is a new cartridge.
