ShowerDoc team were excellent in helping identify the shower part I needed, considering I didnt have any manufacturer name or details - sent them a picture and they snet me a link to my part within a few hours. Excellent communication on order status and answering questions. Cant comment on the the part itself as I returned it as it turned out I didnt actually need it!
