Dripping shower

I have 3 X NT 902 ensuite showers which were all installed by Wimpey when the house was built. One of the 3 showers has started to drip constantly from the shower head which gets very annoying. I can get the drip to stop by tightening the on/off water flow valve using force, however, my wife or 3 children are unable to stop the drip. Can the valve be replaced or do I need to buy a new shower bar?

You could replace the www.showerdoc.com/new-team-901-902t-flow-cart-000190000-032
or just the washer on the end. You can get these in most plumbing stores.
