NewTeam 901T/902T Shower got gradually cooler over time

Our NewTeam 901T/902T has got gradually cooler over a period of time, where now it's turned up to the absolute maximum to get some hot water out of it (temperature ranges from warm at maximum to freezing at lowest)

I've been informed this is probably just the cartridge that goes behind the temperature control knob furring up and we probably need a new cartridge?

Could you confirm which part this is, and whether the above diagnosis sounds correct?

Yes you are probably correct it will need a new temp cartridge

However just to check, grab the nut on the left side of the shower this should be the hot.

When in use this nut should get hot if this does not heat up then it would suggest that the boiler is not sending hot enough water to the shower, (The shower can only get as hot as the water that the boiler sends to it)

Disregard the temperature of the water at the other taps, they will have a different flow rate.
