thermastatic valve

Can you please tell me how to remove the thermostatic valve from the NewTeam 902T shower? I have removed the grub screw but the cartridge is not moving? Any help would be much appreciated. Mike

The cartridge will almost definitely be scaled in and need manipulated out of the body. try wiggling the cartridge side to side or use something to lever it out with damaging or breaking anything.
