Leak

Hi, I moved into a property with this shower fitted and there's a leak. Do you know if there should be a blanking plate/plug in the top where parts 4 and 5 meet? So; The housing clips onto the back plate and leaves a circular hole into the valve unit.

Yes there should be a blanking plate there it was left so you could choose top or bottom outlet for the shower.

However the blanking plate is unlikely to be causing the leak, unfortunately there are virtually no useful spares left for this model.
