New Team 9500 electric shower

When we have finished a shower, water continues to dribble out of the shower head until we switch off the electricity at the isolation switch.

What do you think is the cause and what do you suggest to cure the problem?

The shower is about 10 years old.

All parts for this shower are now obsolete and the Newteam direct replacement is likewise no longer available.
Best replacement would be the Triton T80z which is designed for retrofit and should  bbe fairly easy to install , it can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
