No hot water

I have recently replaced the cartridge of NT968 thermostatic valve shower (rather than trying to change the seals) and found after use no hot water is mixing through the valve?

First can you get to the inlet pipe or the hot water pipe as it leaves the boiler and can you feel it to check that there is hot water going to the shower.

If the pipe is cold/cool then you may have a problem with the boiler not the shower.

If you have hot water going to the shower then it may be that the valve isn't correctly calibrated.

To calibrate turn the temp control to the hottest then remove the control knob and refit it in the mid position, then turn it again up to the hottest you should find the temperature getting hotter.

You may have to repeat this a few times to get the correct temperature.

If this doesn't work then you may have to remove the cartridge and double check that you have assembled it correctly.
