fluctuation temperature
I am experiencing fluctuating temperature. All associated / relevant boiler parts have been checked by British Gas.
I have been informed that the problem may be with the elbow joint (but I am unsure whether this has a flow return valve) - is it possible that the problem may be with this part:
NewTeam Ceramic Cartridge 911m SP-075-0014
Do you think that I may require a replacement???

Regardingthe temperature fluctuation or cool running, it could be a faultycartridge. However to check this if you have the shower fed from acombi boiler, see if you can get hold of the hot supply pipe beforeit enters the shower or perhaps as it leaves the boiler.
Ifwhen holding this pipe the temperature fluctuates or goes cool, thenthe problem is not with the shower but more likely with the boiler,as the shower can only deliver what the boiler sends to it.
Disregardthe temperature at the taps as they have a different flow rate.
