Hot water instead of cold

Hi sir

Hot water comes out from cold taps even into the toilet cistern, since a few months ago. I have a Jetforce 55 pump connected intop the system.

There is a carbon bush seal that goes between the hot and cold water jackets of this pump it may be that, that has disintegrated and this is allowing the hot and cold water to mix.
