Intermittent and shutting off

My Jetforce 75 mk 6 is not turning on unless temp is lower than 30-35. Then as the hot water gets warm it allows me to slowly turn temp up as far as 38-40 on shower. Then it cuts out. There is a seapage coming from cold side of casing. Totally stumped, can someone help please?

Temperature should not be a factor in this. You may have a faulty , www.showerdoc.com/stuart-turner-flow-switch-reed-kit-18323 or the pcb.
