jetstream 2000S

I have been having problems occasionally not being able to turn the shower off with the control knob on the box. I had the shower installed in approx 1996 and at one time was able to purchase a new control knob when the previous one failed.

Is it possible to purchase another spare control knob or is this obsolete in which case will I have to have the whole shower unit replaced. In this event could you please inform me what replacement I should have

The seal kit you need is no longer available, so a new shower maybe needed.

Our recommended replacement is the Supajet 100 which is not a direct replacement but does have pipe entry on the same side. It also may need a new cable as it is mains fed and requires an earth connection,
