retaining sleeve

Hi there



How do you remove the retaininf sleeve on the New Team manual shower? I just need to take it off so I can tighten the new shower hose (which leaks at the outlet at present due to not being able to tighten further as it comes up against the housing)

Once you have removed the retaining screw to the handle and removed the handle the sleeve comes off and then the shroud should pull forward.
