Newteam Mixer Valve Complete

The item was badly put together by the manufacturer. After I had installed it I found that the 'O' ring was protruding out of the body of the valve. I had to replace the now damaged O ring with the old one, although this one was of a larger diameter it seems to work.

Im sorry to hear the valve seal was faulty, you should’ve contacted us on receipt of the part so we could send out a replacement mixing valve, im glad you managed to sort it though. The seal behind the mixer body cover isn’t under that much pressure so that seal never really has any problems.
