Hi, Our house hs Mk3 electric shower and new knob is required since the teeth are snapped. Your website says this is out of production. Why is a direct compatible and substitut item for this product?

Unfortunately this control dial and the shower was made obsolete now many years ago and the manufacturer dont sell substitute control dials and a new shower will now be required -

The electricity points can be adjusted and moved easily from the left and right in the middle of the shower and the rails kit it comes with has one adjustable ends to suit your current holes set already drilled.
