This is the 3rd replacement that I have had to purchase for my shower,they only last 12 months I find,the structure of them is not strong enough for daily use,but cannot fault Shower Doctor there service is brilliant.

Its more than likely down to the fitting. please see this note blow that is publishes on the spares page with regards to the fitting. Not following these instructions will break the knob on fitting if done incorrectly.
PLEASE NOTE:When replacing the knob please make sure you remove the cover and then push connect the knob to the cover, If you try to push fit the knob while the cover is still attached to the shower it will break and in turn not last as long. We cannot replace the knob under warranty if that is the case.
