The ordering process was slick, which makes a pleasant change, The salesman was pleasant and offered excellent advice on fitting the knob and explaining to me that I had to take the front of the cover to fit the knob. I have struggled in the past to fit this type of control knob but when I followed the expert advice I was given it made fitting easy even for a man with two left hands like me.
Best of all the parts arrived in 3 days from order which meant no more jumping out of the shower and turning the fuse control off. Dinger Bell, Millom
