This question is regarding NewTeam Thermostatic Cartridge Saneux 2001008 - SP-077-0148

New Team Thermostatic Cartridge for a New Team 1000xt

Hi Water is dripping out of the mixer valve. I have unscrewed the 5 screws of the the plastic surround through which the thermostatic cartridge is inserted into the mixer valve unit and i can see water seep through the surround of the cartridge. In fact the leak is worse when the screws are tightened up so I can on assume that the o ring is the problem. I was going to buy a complete valve set but i note you have a thermostatic cartridge (SP 077 0148) - does this come with all the new o rings or can i get new o rings separate? Thanks

The above comes as you see it, with the "O" rings (3) on it.
