This question is regarding NewTeam Varispeed 50 Twin Pump Spares

Loss of pressure and heat, water found below pump

The pump kicks in and seems to work ok for a minute, but then it goes slightly more high pitched whilst the shower water pressure drops and gets cooler. Whilst looking for a problem I noticed there was a damp patch below the pump but haven't noticed any water coming from it when the shower is on. I've checked the shower filters / head and they are ok.

This sounds like the water is not getting through on the hot side , no water to the pump, or the impeller is broken.
