V50 power shower pump problem

i have the new team varispeed twin 50. Or at least I think it is a newteam varispeed. It looks exactly like the one in the diagram!Problem is that it has stopped working and was making unhealthy sounding noises prior to stopping. Do I need to replace whole pump ? Flexible hoses seem fine.If I do need to replace whole pump how diffficult is it, and if so any advice on how to go about it ? Also after it stopped working I went to check the fuse and it fell out and is lost somewhere in the airing cupboard. Do you know what fuse rating it is? I would presume it is 13 amp?

It’s a 5amp fuse.

These pumps are good value for money pumps with a normal life span of around 5>6 years. (2 years to 12 years is not unheard of)

They can be repaired and we have the parts, however they are difficult to work on and by the time you pay for the parts it starts to become uneconomic when you can buy a new pump fit it in less than an hour and you have a new guarantee.
