Advice for NewTeam Victoriana Thermostatic Valve

NewTeam Victoriana Thermostatic Valve I can't seem to get the handle off to get to the valve, I have taken the crosshead off and unscrewed the ceramic handle, it just wont budge. the are no screws holding it.. Any ideas

This can be difficult!

First thing to try is 2 or 3 kettles of boiling water over the handle this may expand it just enough to release the sticksion.

Then some direct head either with a hot air paint stripper or a gas torch make sure that there is nothing flammable about to catch fire.

after that it's Dynamite
