cold water flow

I have taken the shower apart although, I was able to fully dismantle it (see pic). I found the allen key bolt underneath, but I couldn't get the handle off. I replaced some of the rubber O rings, using the service kit.

However I have put the shower back together and now the cold water flow is practically non-exsistant, why would this be?

thanks

Since you have not been able to dismantle the shower, you would need to remove the circlip that holds the handle on and remove the handle etc to do this, I think that you have either not turned on the cold water inlet valve or you have not set the shower up right after reattaching it.

Hi thanks for replying,

Where is the circlip situated, please?

Is it the one that can be seen at the front of the cartrdge shown above? Or is it somewhere else?

thanks
