Dripping Victoriana Shower

Hi There,

I have the Victoriana shower with (i am told) a thermostatic cartridge. It has developed an annoying drip from the head where the water seems to be getting through even though the valve is turned off. I have previously taken the handle off and rotated on the splined cog so it would tighten and this seems to have done the trick. I have a feeling I need to have the seals replaced.

Does this sound like a reasonable assumption and how tricky are they to fit? Should I get a plumber to do this or is it fairly straight forward?

Many thanks in advance

The seals should be replaced, the kit can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
I would recommend calling in a service engineer to fit.
