This question is regarding NewTeam Victoriana Thermostatic Valve - Shower Spares

Faulty shower mixer

Shower mixer valve is allowing cold water to pass into the hot water system when the valve is shut off and fills the header tank for the hot water system. What is wrong with the valve please, and what is needed to fix the problem.

The non return valve in the hot elbow is faulty and allowing water to pass through. Replacing this should solve the problem.
