SHOWER KNOB CAME OFF IN MY HANDS

DISASTER! Thought I would have to buy a new shower when the knob snapped off in my hands, but with my first search of the shower type I was taken straight to this product. The page even showed how easy it was to replace it. The delivery was exceptionally fast and I was back in the shower within 10 minutes of opening the package.
