Width of pipes needed at rear

Hi Guys - the current faulty unit has pipe work (wall mounted) of 150mm at the centre of the pipes. Will this unit fit the same diameter ? Also is 150mm a standard fit for wall mounted mixer taps ?

Yes as this particular model can be adjusted between 130mm and 180mm due to offset elbows include with this shower.
