This question is regarding Ultra Showers ON/OFF Flow Cartridge for - ZSPSPR70

On/Off flow cartridge ZSPSPR70

We have just identified our shower as a Hudson Reed AS391 Thermo Panel and have been been informed that the cartridge is fractured therefore cold water is leaking into the hot and will need changing, as our plumber did not recognize the model we are hoping that you can confirm that this cartridge is the right one to fix this problem. The shower is now leaking continuously at the bottom of the tower and water marks are visible in the downstairs toilet so would like to get this fixed quickly. We have a plumber coming again to look at the shower tomorrow so we would like to steer him in the right direction. We hope you can help. Thank you Juliet

If you can send a photo of the valve then there is a good chance we will be able to ID it. If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and covers removed, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is a better chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of the cartridge itself as this will give us a better chance still of identifying the manufacturer.
