Redring Powerstream repair question

Hello I have a Powerstream by Redring. Its not heating up and the red led light won't light up when I turn on the tap like it did before. The TCO is good and the coils read 28ohms. What else could be the problem please? I will be ordering the part from you and thanks..

With these heaters it is either the tco or the Redring Flow Switch (Powerstar/P.Stream-Pro) - 93793818 which is stuck.

If you have power to both sides of the tco then this is fine.
