Shower bar

I need a shower bar with 3/4" inlet and 135mm spacing. Do you have anything that's fit this?

Most bar mixers these days have 22mm (3/4) inlets anda valve has 150mm centres and with the offsets fitted the centres can  be any where between 130 and 170mm
