Where do you change the prv?

There is water coming out of the black tube at the back of the shower and we have looked on here and seen we need a new prv but where on earth is ur? We can't find it anywhere in the shower so haven't a clue how to replace one!!!

The prv is situated behind the outlet pipe.
It is difficult to get to without removing the tank base.
